Unfortunately lot of the symptoms that you describe have come on due to weight issues and inactivity. Please see a dietician for a workable plan to lose weight. Slowly start working on improving your exercise regime and work different groups of muscles. Yoga or core strengthening or Pilates are very good exercises to help you. Do them regularly, but they have to be done for 4-6 months before you will get the full benefits from them.
