Hello doctor I am suffering from pain and burning sensation while urination. The pain is in top of penis and in the start of uertha near bladder. After urination burning sensation is there. It increases after sexual activities. I had taken antibiotics from last 3 months but it is still there. In culture test e colli bacteria found so in last week doctor prescribed levofloxin 500 mg for 15 days. That tablet decrease the symptoms but the pain start after completing the tablets. Now I am tired of antibiotics please suggest something.should I need to admit for this type of infection in hospital? Please help

It’s must be looking like prostatitis. Do semen culture as well after finishing of current antibiotics.and then consult.
