Pain and burning in anus

I am experiencing pain and burning sensation in my anus area and after emptying bowel burning sensation increase this is for last 4 days, before two month I had same problem so I went to general doctor he gave me pilex tab and ointment but now I have tried pilex ointment but it didn't work. So tell me how to cure this.

Sir you don't have piles ..I feel you have fissure....sir kindly show it to a general surgeon for the same..to begin with drink plenty of water and avoid constipation
