Since the last 4 months, I have been experiencing accute pain while passing stools. The pain lasts for 3-4 hours after passing stools making it difficult to even sit. Sometimes I can see blood also.

As per the description you seem to have piles or fissure. This happens mainly due to hard stools, sometimes after an episode of diarrhoea also. Meet a surgeon who can examine and confirm diagnosis. You can take homeopathy for any of these & also for constipation. For now apply vaseline around anus, sitting in a hot water tub helps relieve pain. Add natural fibre to diet by having vegetable juices, fresh whole fruits, whole grain like dalia, dried fruits like figs. Ensure that you have plenty of water. Avoid white rice, maida & too much protein like meat/ chicken/ egg/ milk FOR NOW.
