Pain and blood in urine

Two days ago, I had blood in my urine after a session at the gym along with pain and discomfort. Now the blood is not visible but I still have pain and a constant urge to urinate. Please suggest what I should do.

Get urine culture and usg scan of abdomen done. Take adequate fluids. Inform reports
