Pain after sitting in pregnancy

I am 8 months pregnant and now a days even I sit for 20 mins at sofa or chair even on bed while getting up I am having a sharp pain down there area near the vagina and anus. It's not coming from inside vagina. Lying down it's subsiding. Is it something serious. What should I do.
