Guess u Wil b having the stitches placed and they are intact.pain may or may not come aft the Extrctn,that all depends on the extend of the surgical procedure, rarely a  complication called 'dry socket 'can arise if the initial blood clot which has formed is disturbwd as if u hv done some vigorous spitting or something to dialodge the blood clot that was formed.just get it checked once.and do gargle with light warm salt water and tak medicine prescribed on time
