For last 3-4 month , 1-2 times a week I feel slight pain on left side of my forehead but only when touched and no matter how hard or lightly I press my forehead the pain feels the same. Sometimes there is some uneasiness and slight pain in my left eye as well. I consulted an eye doctor and he asked me to start wearing glasses when using laptop, mobile but even that hasn't helped.
