Pain above c section incision

I had my c section 3weeks ago and now I have 100 temp and pain right above my incision since two days. I'm taking trypdol br and onpar 650 and also breast feeding.. pls help is there any concern . My doc has left to usa and she is back only on may 7

Consult to another gynecologist.Are you getting full feeding,if not that also causes fever.pain in stitch means little infection do hot fomentation.
