Pain 3 months after c section delivery

Hi doctor, Its been 2.5 months since c section delivery but i feel slight numbness on my lower abdomen skin area , also i feel pain and hardness around lower abdomen area when touched. Please let me know if its normal. My 2 stitches also got opened initially due to infection which got closed recently after dressing everyday

The numbness is normal The nerve  fibres  that have been cut during the cesarean will take time to regenerate
