Pacifier are not recommended as they are the source of infection for the babies. Any product like this should be discouraged. Best thing for a baby is mother's milk.. u should continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age.. and then start with complimentary feeding alongwith breastfeeding..

Pacifier is not advisable, it could get contaminated and lead to stomach infection. You should demand feed the baby and burp after each feed.
