91-92% oxygen saturation is not safe for covid patients specially elderly patients. Patient can deteriorate suddenly with sudden desaturation. I have been seeing such cases during my practice. Do not ignore and get tested for inflammatory markers in your blood.
Next Steps
Consult a physician of your choice immediately. Do not observe and wait. Get a chest CT done
Health Tips
Hospitalization if chest pain/breathlessness or raised inflammatory markers and significant findings in chest CT scan.
