  4. Oxygen level. For deep breathe correct?

My oxygen (Spo2) when measured in pulse oximeter is 93. But when I take a little bit deep breathe it's 98-99. X-ray, ECHO, ECG all normal. What could be the reason? Is the reading for deep breathe correct?
