Had breathing difficulty my chest X-ray and ecg normal minor congestion taking medicine but my oximeter shows 91 as oxygen level should I be concerned

Oxygen cannot be low without reason.. but it can still be low if machine battery is low or if machine not applied properly.. if checked and still oxygen low then you need further evaluation in detail
