My period cycle is regular which is every 20th of the month. My partner and I are not at all wanting to conceive. Neither am I comfortable using any contraceptive method, since pills  cause me all sort of side effects and condoms create sensitivity. This is bothersome in terms of intimacy. I am learning cycle tracking. If my periods are on a regular date will my ovulation be the same date that is 14th of the cycle ? Is intimacy safe during the luteal phase that is 4 days before the period date to avoid non planned pregnancy. Need medical expert advice. Thank you.
