How do you calculate perfect ovulation date. I have regular periods .. around 25 days cycle. Jow should i calculate the ovulation date

If you are trying to conceive you can calculate your ovulation date by using ovulation test strips or else you can do an ultrasound for follicular monitoring ...consult  a  gynecologist for further management

Yes from the day 1 of period take as day 1 and see for 13 or 14 th day as ovulation
