Hi, first get a
thyroid test done to rule out hormonal issues. Do daily some cardio activity like brisk walk or swimming or cycling for atleast 45 mins. Don't skip breakfast and have a light dinner. Have 3 fruits 2 salads daily. Nuts and 2 cups of green tea. Avoid deep fried foods, junk, sweets, ice creams and pastries.
