  4. Overweight. Odour as well. please help.

Have tried every form of exercise and diet but in vain. Have PCOS since 3 years. Avoided oral contraceptives as medication and decided to stay on with Yoga to solve the problem. Regular Periods are quite painful and get extended by a week or so. The concerned area has a bad odour as well. Please help.
