Overdose of drise 60k capsules

I take drise 60k one tablet once a week every Tuesday along with hosit 1.5 mg once everyday. I don' t remember if have taken a dose today being Tuesday, what if I take 2 capsules in a day. Vitamin D read 5.5 just before starting treatment. Pl.advise.
