I am not able to clear urine once.. All of sudden I urge to do so again but that is under my control. Even after passing urine I feel some jhanjhanahat or some pin point sensatiom near my rectum as well as in vanes of ma penis.doctor had advice me to take tamfil tab 0.4mg for 20 days.will this effect my sexual life.
