I understand how you feel,
But u would like to say that workouts alone won't help you any time. But without diet if you want to reduce your weight then it can be possible be swimming, running, table tennis, tennis, cycling, squash, badminton. Yes these can help you but If you are willing to helpb yourselves. Because any of these should venture daily routine and should be done vigorously. Start should be light and increase intensity gradually. But would like to add that diet with physical workout will give more effect.
