Have some control over eating, a proper diet along with exercise will also be needed.
If you were looking for some medicine for weight loss, then unfortunately it's not possible.
Hardwork is the only way.
Consult a dietician in person for a detailed diet chart.
Hit the gym and burn those pounds.
