Over weight

Over weight problems (height 165 CM. Weight 95 KG!).want to become fit and healthy.no exercises followed.I have tried Gym for few months but its difficult since legs are paining due to over weight on them while working on treadmill .

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
