Over weight issues

Hi, I'm 25 year old n I'm facing issues with Mt weight... We r trying to have our second child but I'm not able to shed the weight.. I was 70kg before my first child n now weigh 95 kg... Please help me to lose my weight. I have thyroid.. few months back I had calcium n vitamin D deficiency which is now stable. Even if I try to exercise or diet it's very difficult n I'm not able to stick to any diet or exercise routine more tan a day.. How can i get back to 65/70 kg again?

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
