at your age I don't suggest you to go through any vigorous diet plans or workouts since you are in the growing age...but yes cut down on your junk food....try eating more of proteins like sprouts..engage yourself in any sport like cricket,volley ball ,badminton or basket ball of your like...do not worry m sure youl be able to slim down
