I m getting very very dry and chapped lips since 2 week I have tried all home remedies but none affected. It pains while smiling specially corner of my lower lips due to dryness it's getting black also plese suggest some medicine I do not have any habit of smoking drinking nothing at all.

First of all we have to rule out any suspected drug that may cause ur lip dryness like isotretinoin capsules. If without having any medications u have dry chapped lips den apply sunkroma lip gel daily in d morning n and afternoon. Apply NMFe lip gel at night after dinner. U can add Hhderm crm over dis for 1wk. After one week stop Hhderm crm and apply only NMF e lip gel. Take a good multivitamin and antioxidant  daily containg zinc
