I am going over date of my regular routine of periods, it's more than 6 days I am so worried please help me to get out of it.

Sure dear...first do a pregnancy test if you are sexually active  ...if no ...you will need a sonography to see for ovaries and endometrium ...sometimes periods may get delayed even with stress
