A large unilocular well marginated clear fluid containing cyst is seen in right iliac fossa. It measures 73mm (AP) x 94mm (TR) x 95mm (CC) in size with a volume of 326cc. A thin septa is seen within this cyst. No hemorrhage, solid component or fat signal is seen. The right ovary is not separately visualized. Is it possible to treat this by laparoscopy or open surgery ?

Yes.  It is possible to treat it by laparoscopy. But please get a Complete work up for the ovarian cyst before you undergo surgery.  It is required from Medico-legal point of view.
