I don't have a satisfactory answer from any gynecologist Plz help me I have Lt ovary CYST it's.shows hemorrhagic cyst I have lower abdominal pain CYST size is 5.2* 4.7 what treatment is good Also have heavy bleeding since 1sep but today is no more bleeding Plz doc tel me the option of treatment
