Ovariyan cyst
I have bilateral complex ovariyan cyst. I did CA125 test. It came 45.Kindly assist. Does it means cancer presence in body?
Ca 125 level of 45 usually is not in the range of cancer. However this complex cyst may be due to endometriosis which can cause lot of symptoms like pain during periods, irregular menses etc in future it can pose mild problems in conception
