I have a larger cysts in my right ovary of about 6.5 cm which doc says could be endometriosis or a chocolate cyst of complex nature. I have been on 21 days contrapective pills to prevent it in increasing size..I am 31 years of day and not married but I am facing immense pain on my 1st 2 days of period. my periods are regular with regular flow. What should be done in this case? Is removal of cysts suggested?

It's better to get it removed before marriage and conceive ASAP. Removing cyst will help you relieving pain. But yes cysts do recur.
