Hello doctor i have hone thru two lapro surgeries and third time my ovarian cyst n endo came back..it pains like m gng to menstruate and my rectum and vaginal part also pains.presntly i have 4.4*1.9 cm cyst in rgt ovary and 2.9*1.3 in left ovary. M so mch scared n depressed of this pain pl Advise

If you are not planning for pregnancy thn you can start taking dienogest 2 mg daily one for 6 months or you can take Gnrh injections monthly for 3 months
