During the procedure of getting orthodontic treatment, are all the 4 teeth extracted at once or is it done one in one day?

2 teeth at a time under local anesthesia is the prefferred regime . Though this can be overruled by many factors. A good clinical assessment will be most helpful.

It depends upon patient 's cooperation and compliance, 2 teeth at once or 4 teeth in one go can also be removed.
