Hello Doctors.. Greetings Correct procedure of taking iron orofer tabs.. I used it getting constipation. Pls recommend a substitute or lemme know can I take it with citrus juice Thnx

Hello , Orofer is very much prone to give you constipation ... There are medicines for iron which does not gives constipation. That medicines dosage can be decided only looking after your Haemoglobin report and iron report . Please share your report so I can advise which medicines you can take .
