Oral mucosa pigmentation and marks

So i was told that i might be having olp but not sure by dermatologists, but all the dentists are saying its not OLP. I dont have burning, itching or anything. Just feels like dryness in mouth. So i had recently started taking homeopathy medicine since last 2 days, the mucosa has been showing up these marks more prominently, m scared, is this healing or aggravating? I dont fee any burning or itching, it just feels rough there.. I have attached 2 images, 1 from monday 1 is of today, please help me, m really scared :(
