And if you have, then Google must have definitely told you the remedy along with the diagnosis. As oral pathologists, we cannot make the diagnosis of lichen planus without a biopsy and only after a confirmatory diagnosis do we suggest the treatment to the patient. If you don't do that the entire protocol will be unethical. So please try to make a visit to an oral pathologist as soon as possible so that the right diagnosis can be established and if it is lichen planus, the right treatment can be instituted. Regards
