Hi, I wanted to know whether oral hpv spreads by sharing of utensils(spoon or fork) which might have saliva of the oral hpv infected person on it??

No it won't spread... Due to short half life of hpv Most hpv stays in oropharynx(behind) than in oral cavity They can't survive outside environment..
