Oral herpes detected via self test as sexually active and white smelly substance on head of penis and inside mouth and painful ulcer on tongue are these related? What to do

oral herpes causes some blisters whereas genital herpes causes rash on head of penis. White smelly deposit can be due to poor genital hygine which requires thorough regular cleanings. Also possible candidiasis of penis to be ruled out. Painful tongue ulcers are possible  different in cause.
