Operculated hole ,meridonial fold

Hey my doctor told me that i have operculated hole near ora in right eye and need barrage laser but when i have taken second opinion doctor told me i have meridonial fold and no need of laser ? What should i do now ?

There can be varying opinions regarding these. At times same person may miss certain findings. Meridonial fold are harmless, but a hole at its end is considered as risk.
