I have a cut on my shin that bled a little but not enough for a hospital visit so I cleaned it applied some triple antibiotic ointment( cheap stuff). I have cleaned and changed bandage daily but I believe I was allergic to the antibiotic ointment( rash, itchiness, wound not healing) so I quit using it but it has been a week and still, the wound hasn't closed and has a clear liquid that drains occasionally. There is no pain from it and very very little swelling.
