Hello,
A recurrent open sore or lump in the pubic hair area with watery discharge should not be ignored. It may be caused by an infected hair follicle (folliculitis/ingrown hair), a skin cyst, or a recurrent viral infection such as herpes. A proper examination is needed before confirming the cause.
What you should do:
Avoid squeezing or scratching the lesion.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Do not shave the affected area until it heals.
Avoid sexual contact until you have been evaluated.
Since this has recurred and is larger than before, I recommend consulting a Dermatologist or a qualified Sexologist within the next 24–48 hours. You may require a clinical examination and, if indicated, tests for sexually transmitted infections.
If you develop fever, severe pain, increasing redness, or pus, seek urgent medical care.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
