Feeling mucous coming via cough and in nose. Feeling bit weak. This condition was prevalent few days back and accompanied with cough (productive). Was better last two days, no medication taken. Feeling bit down from afternoon. Feeling cold at office (air conditioned). Went out to stand in sun.

If ur smoker stop smoking can use antihistaminic prepration and hot saline gargles twice a day  ,record ur temprature four hourly if raised can take as as antipyretic sos for 3 days  tic
