Hello, Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important.it will cost you around Rs 500-2000/- depending upon the dentist, case and locality of the clinic. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
