My right ear always sounding like sharp bell. Sometimes it's low down and sometime becomes high. Please suggest me what should I do

Visit a ent specialist to see if there is any impacted wax causing the ringing sound, which can be removed if present  and to check for ear drum condition. If everything is normal then a audiometry should be done to know the cause of ringing sensation
