My year old baby is still not walking or talking. She cries most of the time. Does not eat properly. What i should do? Is it normal for babies at such age to cry

Was there any delayed cry at birth It appears aa per hiatory ur  baby is having delayed milestones both motor & speech. Was there any h/o seizures till present age food intake doesnt have much influence on milestone to be reched by age
