One week after giving birth

I just gave birth one week ago today and my hands and fingers all the way up to my just above my elbows keep going numb with an achy feeling. My bladder still feels full even after I urinate and my fingers hurt when I bend them. Also I got an epidural and my lower back is killing me. When standing up from sitting position it takes several seconds before I can stand up straight because of the pain.
