One side nose blocked

I have gone under tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy surgery three months back. Still having antihistamines tablets and multivitamins as advised by surgeon. I don't have any cold and ear ear normal. From one week i am having nasal congestion after using otrivin spray for ETD in other ear. Kindly advice

Just take steam inhalation along with ur antihistamines ...for a few days .. u should be fine , if this persists then consult with your ent doctor
