Hello doc, I had frequent headaches from several months, mostly left side, feeling light headedness and vomiting sensation. I had done ct brain plain, report is normal except calcific granuloma. What this headache could be ??? It's interfering with my daily routine what to do ???? please help...
Headaches are multiple factorial and if untreated becomes chronic migraine.
So to begin start lifestyle modifications
Early morning walks and exercises.
Regular meditation
Avoid prolonged use of mobile internet
Do regular relaxation therapy.
Sos painkillers
A calcified small granuloma should not cause headache. If it is frequent, episodic and interfering with your daily routine, it could be a migraine headache or vascular headache.
Consult a Neuro specialist, it could be treated. Nothing to worry as of now.
In past I have headache for 2 months but after that my headache was gone I am felling fine for nearly 6 m
