One side headache

Hello doc, I had frequent headaches from several months, mostly left side, feeling light headedness and vomiting sensation. I had done ct brain plain, report is normal except calcific granuloma. What this headache could be ??? It's interfering with my daily routine what to do ???? please help...

A calcified small granuloma should not cause headache. If it is frequent, episodic and interfering with your daily routine, it could be a migraine headache or vascular headache. Consult a Neuro specialist, it could be treated. Nothing to worry as of now.
