Healthy morning, There was also higher risk of oxidative damage in fatty tissue and liver. Eating one meal per day could negatively impact the genes that help regulate body clock sleep- wake up cycle , and metabolism. So avoid fasting Aim for non starchy vegetables and fruits. Choose leaner protein like fish , poultry, beans and nuts . Limit red meat processed. Choose whole grains like brown rice, oatmeal and whole wheat pasta

Hi As you are obese and having fatty liver & BP also. One meal in day may impact your health and trigger to other parameters too. yes you will definitely loose the weight but that will be muscle loss only, indigestion or bloating issues may occur, nutritional deficiency also, chances of insulin resistance are also high. Hello , firstly If you are suffering from fatty liver it is because of your poor dietary habits and obesity, and also insulin resistance fasting could potentially worsen this condition by increasing fat accumulation in the liver or triggering inflammation And if you take only one meal then there's a high chance of nutritional deficiencies and of not getting enough essential nutrients (protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals) required for liver health This can affect his energy levels and liver function. And if you do this fasting then it can lead to weight gain issues
