Left eye have a red since 3 months. No pain. But due to red eye like lump yellow and red felt embarrassed. What should i do

Hi, This looks like pterygium ( excessive growth of flesh). As of now it's small,  U can use eye drop ocurest ah 3 times a day to reduce redness. Please consult local ophthalmologist if it increases in size.
